Ali Davis (REALTOR) delivers first-class access to the Greater Boston real estate market by combining her technical knowledge with an enthusiasm for helping others. She represents Massachusetts Buyers and Sellers with pride, holding a special place in her heart for First-Time Home Buyers.
Her journey to Real Estate began with a career in Civil Engineering, specializing in building enclosures at one of the top structural engineering firms in the country. Ali’s love for business development, project acquisition, customer service, and the built environment led her to her current career at the #1 brokerage in the US and Massachusetts (Real Trends, 2023, 2024). She is able to leverage her past technical experience to assist clients in evaluating homes, and her clients find that insight to be invaluable.
Ali has dedicated processes to help her Seller and Buyer clients successfully navigate the fast-paced real estate market. She has steps in place to create an environment where her clients feel educated, prepared, and confident. She also thinks its importnat to have a positive, enjoyable experience along the way. When negotiating for her client's best interests, her motto is to be "soft on the people, and hard on the problem".
Ali lives in Natick MA with her husband, who she met at the University of Maryland - go Terps! Committed to being a lifelong learner, Ali was awarded University of Maryland's 30 Under 30 Award for her contributions to the built environment, and was honored through RealTrends as a real estate top performed ('23, '24). Through her Real Estate and Engineering Professional licenses, as well as her membership with the Greater Boston Boston Real Estate Board, Massachusetts Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the Massachusetts Multiple Service (MLS), Ali participates in on-going education and abides by a strict code of ethics and standards of practice.
Friends describe Ali as energized, optimistic, organized, and resilient. In her spare time, you can find Ali spending time with loved ones, hosting dinner parties, exercising at boutique fitness class, or walking their (very slow, but very cute) rescue-dog Kona.
